Intern - IT Support - Remote

Overview

This internship position is for individuals seeking to complete their DEP in IT support, focusing on providing technical assistance to users within the company.

In Short

• Provide remote support to users.
• Handle technical assistance requests and incidents.
• Document incidents and service requests.
• Use a ticketing system to manage service requests.
• Communicate effectively with users via phone and in person.
• Resolve issues using remote control software.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a DEP in IT support.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 7/8/10.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Remedy, HPSM, Maximo.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization (VmWare, Hyper-V).
• Availability for a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
• Strong learning ability.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, and sociability.
