Support Analyst Intern - Remote

Overview

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is a 10-week program that begins June 9th and concludes August 15th. This opportunity is 100% remote, and you must be in the United States during the summer internship. The Support Analyst Intern will work closely with the Technical Support team.

In Short

• Investigate, analyze, consolidate, and reorganize team documentation and files.
• Interview stakeholders in the Support organization.
• Identify and categorize documents and other information.
• Evaluate current documentation policies and procedures.
• Develop a recommended design for reorganizing document storage.
• Compile findings into structured presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with peer interns in other regions.
• Work with various departments to improve documentation processes.
• Gain hands-on experience at an established tech company.

Requirements

• Rising junior and senior undergraduate students graduating after August 2025.
• Strong communications and interviewing skills.

• Proficiency in delivering clear presentations.
• Willingness to develop proficiency in AWS and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
