Senior Clinical Educator - Training and Education - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Clinical Educator develops and implements clinical training programs for DaVita Kidney Care teammates, facilitating instructor-led sessions, creating job aids, and providing ongoing support.

• Must have a current RN license and nephrology experience.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ nephrology experience required.
• Experience in training through multiple mediums required.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams required.
• Experience in CQI methodology preferred.
• Proficiency in at least 3 dialysis modalities required.
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• Certification in Dialysis Nursing or Nephrology Nursing preferred.
• Ability to attain proficiency in the 4th modality within 1 year.
