Overview

The Risk Mitigation Manager provides technical support, process assessment, and root cause analysis for ACT acute, home, and chronic programs within DaVita. This is a fully remote position requiring candidates to be in CST/MST timezones.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for ACT programs.
  • Review facility data reports to identify potential enterprise risks.
  • Evaluate operational compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions on risk identification.
  • Develop Plans of Correction (POC) with follow-up.
  • Identify and share best practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years nephrology technical experience required.
  • Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High School Diploma is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of nephrology technical experience.
  • Experience in CQI methodology and techniques.
  • Current driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Flexible scheduling and travel capability.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma.
