Overview

The Project Manager of Coaching, Mentoring, and Custom Engagements will develop, implement and administer initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our teammates, working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in coaching and learning program development.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
