Requirements

• 1-5 years of solar finance or project development experience.
• Knowledge of solar siting and land acquisition.
• Experience with permitting and interconnection processes.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and PPA negotiations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage tight timelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to learn and engage with landowner negotiations.
• Experience managing project development consultants is a plus.
