Overview

The Coordinator, Home Strategy and Operations will support DaVita’s Home National Team through project management, data management, and field outreach, ensuring effective communication and operations.

In Short

  • Support Home growth strategy and operations.
  • Conduct field outreach and manage billing documentation.
  • Maintain the content management system (SharePoint).
  • Develop and update project dashboards.
  • Communicate project metrics to senior leadership.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Support teammate communications as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Utilize computer skills effectively in various software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CMS (SharePoint) is a plus.
