Nurse Practitioner – Post Transplant Care (Hybrid-Remote)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team providing holistic care to kidney patients—specifically kidney transplant recipients in Atlanta, GA. This part-time hybrid-remote role includes both in-person and virtual responsibilities, combining the best of advanced practice nursing and nephrology care coordination.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted NP license in the state.
