Nurse Practitioner - Remote Position

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Washington State based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Pacific Time
• Experience in prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder
• Work with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery
• Coordinate with Care Team for patient support
• Utilize telehealth for patient engagement
• Participate in company meetings and collaborate with teams
• Must have a dedicated workspace for compliance

Requirements

• Active WA Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience
• 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
