Nurse Practitioner - Remote Position

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Arkansas based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Eastern Time
• Work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder
• Empower patients in their recovery journeys
• Coordinate with Care Team members
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with SUDs
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with technology and operations teams
• Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
• Compensation range: $130,000 - $140,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience
• 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Must have a dedicated, private workspace
• Due to privacy protocols, cannot employ individuals who are or have been patients at Boulder Care
