Nurse Practitioner - Remote Position

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Nevada based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Pacific Time
• Work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder
• Empower patients in their recovery journeys
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals suffering from complex substance use disorders
• Coordinate with Medical Directors to develop and oversee treatment plans
• Participate in Department and Company-wide meetings
• Deliver proactive feedback and collaborate with technology teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience
• 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• A dedicated, private workspace with high-speed internet
• No significant legal or credentialing barriers
