Marketing Manager, Paid Social - Remote

Overview

Dutch Pet is on a mission to increase access and care to pets across the country, delivering relief to both pets and their pet parents by connecting them virtually with vets across the county.

In Short

• Take full ownership of the Paid Social program from strategy to execution.
• Manage significant budgets and design experiments.
• Optimize funnels and work closely with creative and product teams.
• Own and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and CTV.
• Develop and execute strategy across keyword targeting, bidding, ad copy, and audience segmentation.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with design, product, and lifecycle marketing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience.
• Proven success managing 6–7 figure monthly budgets.
• Deep knowledge of funnel optimization and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
