In Short

• Responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue through paid social campaigns.
• Lead development and execution of data-driven strategies.
• Understand target audiences for full-funnel paid media campaigns.
• Align campaigns with target audience to improve interaction and conversion rates.
• Make strategy recommendations for content and creative.
• Utilize analytics to understand campaign performance and draw insights.
• Apply insights from experiments to refine campaigns.
• Deliver updates and data effectively and concisely.
• Collaborate on monthly lead targets and quarterly OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
