• Seeking a Program Manager for the global Product Stewardship & Regulatory team.
• Full-time position based at Experimental Station facility in Wilmington, DE.
• Responsible for PS&R Management System practices and regulatory compliance.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for PS&R processes.
• Facilitate global team meetings and develop training content.
• Investigate Product Stewardship incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in setting annual goals for the PS&R organization.
• Lead audits of PS&R Management System practices.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Safety, Quality, or related fields required.
• PMP certification and advanced understanding of data analysis preferred.

Requirements

• B.S. in a scientific or technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven expertise in project management and Continuous Improvement.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with relevant computer programs (SAP, MS-Office).
• Experience managing complex data sets preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
