Overview

Duolingo is seeking a hands-on, resourceful, self-starter to develop and implement a plan to expand institutional engagement and acceptance of the Duolingo English Test in Latin America.

In Short

• Develop and implement an institutional engagement strategy to increase DET recognition across Latin America.
• Build and manage a contact pipeline in Salesforce.
• Conduct outreach and lead meetings with universities and admissions officers.
• Monitor progress and market dynamics regarding the Duolingo English Test.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create advocacy materials.
• Prepare internal briefings on progress towards goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Latin America’s higher education or admissions space.
• Strong understanding of English proficiency testing.
• Established network within Latin American higher education institutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, independent work style.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
