Senior Payroll Analyst - Workday - Remote

Overview

The Senior Payroll Analyst at Avantor will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to optimize system functionalities and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Workday certification required.
• 5+ years of Workday experience focused on Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and business process design.
• Experience with Americas payroll regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs and reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Preferred: Workday Absence or Advanced Compensation experience.
