The IT Vendor Metrics Analyst will play a crucial role in managing vendor performance and ensuring accountability through effective metrics and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence decision-making.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.
• Agile approach to project management.
