First Line Resilience & Control Associate - Remote

Overview

The First Line Resilience & Control Associate will enable effective strategy execution and comprehensive management of risk, resilience, and governance priorities for clients in the financial markets.

In Short

• Responsible for production and maintenance of Operational Risk Profiles.
• Execution of the risk management framework.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.
• Identify and monitor metrics and reporting.
• Work across lines of defense for issue identification and remediation.
• Support management and reporting of risk tolerances.
• Collaborate with New Initiatives Office and Product managers.
• Partner with organizational groups within Agile parameters.
• Develop and monitor adherence to department policies.
• Support broader FLRC program execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
