Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist at SS&C will provide essential administrative assistance, manage travel arrangements, and ensure effective communication within the organization.

In Short

  • Independently schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Process and approve travel and expense reports.
  • Maintain records on passports and visas.
  • Arrange meeting logistics and manage teleconferences.
  • Provide excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Support the SVP by screening calls and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Collaborate with travel agents to secure best travel options.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Extensive travel booking and management experience.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
