  • Regularly monitor the quality of our events and implement improvement measures.
  • Collaborate closely with our event team to relay customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in customer support or quality management.
  • Friendly, solution-oriented communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and improve processes.
