Overview

DREAM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to serve as the network Student Recruitment Coordinator, responsible for executing recruitment and enrollment tactics, driving efforts with community partners, and ensuring efficiency in enrollment systems.

In Short

• Execute student recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
• Support outreach efforts to achieve target application numbers.
• Drive lead outreach efforts to convert leads to applicants.
• Ensure data integrity in Schoolmint.
• Serve as the primary contact for new families.
• Develop inventory systems for recruitment materials.
• Take on additional recruitment responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Conversational proficiency in Spanish required.
• 1+ years of experience in relevant fields required.
• Experience within charter schools preferred.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to enter data accurately.
• Familiarity with SchoolMint preferred.
