In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing customer-facing professionals across the Americas and US Federal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Dragos Platform capabilities and industry-specific challenges.
  • Establish relationships with key senior customer stakeholders to understand their technical needs and business objectives.
  • Work with the TAM and CSM team to uncover customer use cases and ensure action is taken to operationalize the value of the Dragos Platform.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Field Operations, and Support.
  • Own customer retention and health metrics to minimize churn and increase expansion velocity.
  • Improve frameworks, methodologies, and tools to power team growth and efficiency.
  • Establish key metrics and report to leadership on KPIs to track team performance.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading a customer-facing team.
  • Experience in SIEM technologies such as Splunk or Elastic.
  • Advanced skills in network traffic analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Operational and transformational leadership skills.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience in security at an industrial company is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 25%.
