Overview

As an Innovation Specialist at Dow, you will be part of a diverse team focused on delivering automation solutions that enhance business value and productivity within the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

In Short

Work on simple automation ideas using robotic process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design automation solutions.
Document technical designs and support automation implementations.
Utilize programming skills, particularly in Visual Basic.
Leverage RPA tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate AI and machine learning with automation solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Participate in or lead cross-functional projects.
Ensure compliance with Dow architecture standards.

Requirements

University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Information Systems.
3-6 years of experience in business functions or information systems.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
Understanding of Dow policies and procedures.
