In Short

• Strategize and develop optimal strategies for serving customers.
• Own tracking dashboards and manage week over week metrics.
• Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments.
• Launch new products and scale business operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and scale Grocery business.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytical and cross-functional roles.
• Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to solve complex problems and implement processes.
• Comfortable operating at both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
