Overview

DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We are working on building autonomous delivery robots from the ground-up and other automation solutions as part of DoorDash's core delivery platform. In Short

• Play an integral role on a small and focused team
• Assist the product development team with streamlining of new product features
• Enjoy working closely with merchants and dashers and being obsessively focused on aspects of the product that benefit them

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about traveling and experience our technology in merchants with differing footprints, both domestic and potential international travel
• Works collaboratively with others, but thrives in self sufficiency and taking ownership of key functionalities of a product
• Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress
• 2+ years of experience or strong interest in the space
