Overview

DoorDash is hiring an experienced, business-minded Counsel to join our Commercial and Product Ads Legal team at a very exciting time for our rapidly growing Ads & Promo business.

In Short

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of strategic commercial contracts.
• Advise business partners on contract structures and legal issues.
• Provide product and regulatory counsel for new ads products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for legal guidance.
• Maintain and improve contract templates and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in legal issues impacting retail media networks.
• Passion for negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience providing product/regulatory counsel in ads.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• JD and admission to one state bar.
