Overview

The Consumer Promotions Strategy Senior Associate will create integrated promotional strategies to enhance consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention at DoorDash.

In Short

• Identify consumer cohort trends and suggest interventions.
• Work with complex data sets to develop pricing and promotions plans.
• Analyze campaign results to identify performance drivers.
• Partner with various teams to manage consumer promotions across the U.S.
• Develop a promotions playbook for the Occasions workstream.
• Collaborate with BI and Engineering to create ETLs for CRM.
• Establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in relevant fields.
• Experience with large data sets and data-driven strategies.
• Intermediate to strong analytical/SQL skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex functions.
• Experience translating data into insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM technology and data structures.
