Associate Manager, Rewards and Ratings - Retention Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Associate Manager of Dasher Retention Marketing will own the Rewards and Ratings lifecycle communication programs to improve Dasher quality and retention.

In Short

• Develop, test and implement CRM strategies to improve Dasher adoption and engagement.
• Create personalized Dasher communications based on their Rewards tier and tenure.
• Manage cross-functional relationships for go-to-market communications strategy.
• Oversee campaign strategy end to end, including creative review and stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze campaign results and create performance reports.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing or growth; 3+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Proven record of driving business results via marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Sigma or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
