Overview

The Associate, Campaign Operations will be responsible for building, testing, and launching Retention Marketing campaigns, ensuring high quality and operational efficiency.

• Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across various channels.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Retention or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Braze is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
