The Campaign Operations Associate will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, managing project workflows, and providing insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.

• Own project management of marketing campaigns, ensuring stakeholder involvement and accurate documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for campaign operations in North America and APAC.
• Execute global marketing campaigns, including email and landing page management.

• Expected working hours are 9:00 am - 5 pm CT to support campaign operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Campaign Operations.
• Proficiency in Hubspot for workflows and reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, GoldCast, and Looker.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
