Overview

The Lead Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Domino’s Technology Leadership Team, ensuring effective organization and communication within the team.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to 2-3 senior leaders in the technology team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and resolve conflicts.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing materials and taking notes.
  • Book travel arrangements and manage logistics.
  • Draft and send departmental communications.
  • Assist with coordination of DT-sponsored events and meetings.
  • Support general office functions and manage supplies.
  • Maintain standardized documentation for best practices.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Domino’s Technology admin team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in administrative roles supporting leadership.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with event planning is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with a positive and accommodating personality.
  • Ability to travel locally for events when required.
  • Experience using Concur, Ariba, L Squared is a plus.
