Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Remote

Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be an integral part of our Executive Leadership Team, operating remotely on the East Coast of the United States, collaborating with leadership and finance team members located in Israel, EMEA, and the US.

In Short

• Lead the operational excellence of the Finance organization.
• Oversee financial reporting to the board and investors.
• Manage debt compliance and treasury strategy.
• Collaborate with the CEO to set revenue targets and forecast growth.
• Partner with the CRO on financial operations and metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies within the finance organization.
• Implement cost management frameworks for ITSM services.
• Manage financial and operational risks.
• Develop internal controls for financial accuracy.
• Act as the primary financial spokesperson for DoiT.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in financial management.
• 5+ years of CFO experience in a large private equity-backed organization.
• Master’s Degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
