We’re building a must-have solution for frontline teams, and our SDRs are the engine behind our growth. In this role, you’ll own strategic prospecting across large enterprise accounts – identifying opportunities, engaging multiple stakeholders, and partnering with AEs to drive the first stages of 6-figure deals.

In Short

  • Own multi-channel prospecting into Enterprise accounts (1k+ employees).
  • Conduct account research to identify key stakeholders and business drivers.
  • Build and nurture relationships across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise AEs to design account strategies.
  • Generate high-quality opportunities focusing on meaningful deal potential.
  • Share insights and help refine Enterprise prospecting processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a high-performance outbound SDR or BDR role.
  • Ability to connect business pain to value in outreach.
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Fluent in German and comfortable in English.
