Planning Data Specialist II (Remote - East Region)

Overview

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is searching for a Planning Data Specialist II (East) to join our team! The Planning Data Specialist II operates within their assigned territory, characterized by lower population density, smaller Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs), and medium construction activity and complexity. They meticulously research specific data sources, for either public or private projects in their assigned territory and enter key data into Dodge's data platform to create or update Dodge Reports.

In Short

• This is a remote, home-office role.
• Position reports directly to the Manager, Planning Team.
• Expected travel is 5% for this role.
• Operate in a designated territory with lower population density.
• Develop industry relationships and gain expertise in specific data sources.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Complete formal documentation for data collection processes.
• Address basic customer requests from Customer Care.
• Work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Eastern time zone.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements

• 18 months of outbound call experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent customer service experience.
• Data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong typing skills.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
