Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems from various sources.

In Short

Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
Review data for errors and correct as needed.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Ensure the quality and integrity of data.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Complete data entry tasks within set deadlines.
Generate simple reports or summaries of the data entered.
Use data entry software and spreadsheets.

Requirements

Proficiency in data entry tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A basic educational qualification such as a high school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in data entry is preferred.
