Overview

The Customer Engagement Team is looking for you as a Senior Product Marketing Manager (x/f/m) - with a focus on content. In this position, you will develop product- and user-centered content and campaigns for our B2B community with the goal of turning our customers into product experts, growing the community, increasing engagement, and promoting recommendations.

In Short

  • Develop product- and user-centered content and campaigns.
  • Create and manage content in various formats (articles, videos, webinars, guides, testimonials).
  • Enhance the use of Doctolib products and features.
  • Manage community engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate content development with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategically develop the Content Library.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and outcome tracking.
  • Work independently and maintain structure in project phases.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Experience with ambassador or community programs in B2B.

Requirements

  • Degree in communication sciences, marketing, or similar fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in (product) marketing in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expertise in customer communication, content marketing, and/or community management.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Well-structured and able to meet deadlines.
