Overview

As a Revenue & Customer Operations Strategist, you will help the Customer Success (CS) structure achieve its results through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

In Short

  • Create useful reports to analyze business metrics.
  • Provide insights for analysis and decision-making.
  • Interpret KPIs and develop action plans for improvements.
  • Create and update processes in the CRM.
  • Ensure adoption of new processes/tools/best practices.
  • Ensure quality of processes and data.
  • Collaborate with different departments on projects.
  • Train the CS Spain team on processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Database and SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Datastudio, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Fluent in English and advanced/bilingual in Spanish.
  • Residence in Spain is a must.
