• Improve internal processes for the Global Legal, Risk & Compliance Team.
• Lead the adoption of Docplanner's legal tech stack.
• Manage cross-functional projects involving various teams.
• Coordinate data protection initiatives and automate workflows.
• Design and maintain legal and privacy-focused KPIs.
• Support implementation of regulatory compliance APIs.
• Execute SQL queries for data extraction and compliance reporting.
• Create technical documentation for legal processes.
• Work closely with the Chief Legal and Risk Officer.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in project management or legal operations.
• Technical background with coding or strong technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Enthusiastic about improving operational efficiency.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
