Overview

As Legal Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Legal team, responsible for designing and building core legal operations workflows to support innovation during a pivotal growth phase.

In Short

• Design and build legal operations workflows, such as a legal request ticketing system, CRM, and legal knowledge management system
• Oversee daily legal department operations, ensuring department efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
• Triage and prioritize legal tasks through the implementation and maintenance of core legal workflows
• Drive legal team results by building credibility across Headway teams
• Collaborate with teams across Headway to project manage legal components of major company initiatives
• Identify areas for continuous workflow improvement and implement changes
• Manage outside counsel invoices and budget

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Legal Operations at high-growth healthcare companies or law firms
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Experience building out Legal Operations workflows
• Proven ability to manage legal projects
• Track record of managing outside counsel invoices and budget
• Strong communication skills and political savvy
