In Short

  • Train new clients to maximize the use of our platform.
  • Identify key needs of each client and demonstrate how our product can effectively resolve them.
  • Coordinate and resolve incidents while collaborating with the Support team for a smooth experience.
  • Ensure service activation and proper tool usage to achieve expected results.
  • Meet objectives regarding activation, platform usage, and client NPS.
  • Gather valuable client feedback to drive continuous service improvements.

Requirements

  • Proactive, curious, persistent individual eager to improve daily.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in Customer Success or sales.
  • Experience in Call Center or medical reception is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to build trust with diverse profiles, from specialists to managers.
  • Attention to detail that makes a difference.
  • Results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or high level) and residence in Barcelona or nearby.
  • Intermediate English is a nice-to-have.
