Overview

The Fleet Services Coordinator II plays a crucial role in managing maintenance transactions and ensuring excellent customer service for fleet operations at Cox Automotive.

In Short

  • Manage maintenance transactions from origination to completion.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in FSCA systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
  • Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
  • Proactively contact customers for preventative maintenance scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to schedule technicians.
  • Encourage customers to schedule maintenance in advance.
  • Continuously improve Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
  • Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test.
