Bioinformatics Scientist - Remote

Overview

As a Bioinformatics Scientist at DNAnexus, you will be responsible for increasing customer utilization of DNAnexus technology solutions by providing scientific and technical support to address healthcare challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in bioinformatics, software engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, BASH, C++, Java).
• Solid understanding of genomics and molecular biology concepts.
• Knowledge of NGS and its applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with technical issue resolution.
