The Director of Customer IAM will lead our identity and access management team for Customer Identities, implementing IAM strategies globally and ensuring secure operations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and security teams.
• Experience in developing IAM training programs.
• Able to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
