The Technical Account Manager will manage all technical aspects of customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective onboarding of new merchants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in technical customer interactions.
  • Understanding of APIs and ability to explain them.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of SQL required.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Passion for customer success and understanding client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in payments is a plus.
