In Short

  • Manage all technical aspects of customer relationships.
  • Provide top-quality technical service during onboarding.
  • Expand relationships with customers and develop new products.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience with APIs and SQL.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in payments is a plus.
