The Fraud Operations Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for detecting and reporting fraud-related issues, ensuring accurate technical support, and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency within a global context.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• Extensive experience in Fraud Prevention.
• Proven track record in team leadership.
• Strong expertise in large datasets; SQL proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving passion.
• Highly motivated and a strong team player.
• Experience managing Fraud KPIs and SLAs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
