• Proficient in English communication, both oral and written.
• Skilled in project management software like MS Project and CAD.
• Innovative thinking and sustainability practices.
• Ability to prepare PM proposals and design briefs.
• Familiarity with local contractors and market prices.
• Effective delegation and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel.
