Research Analyst - Commercial Real Estate - Remote

Overview

JLL APAC Research is seeking a Research Analyst to join the JBS Dalian team to maintain and enrich proprietary commercial real estate data in our Research databases.

In Short

• Proactively maintain and enrich commercial real estate data.
• Manage quarterly production cycle for Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS).
• Monitor data quality and manage data flows between Research applications.
• Prepare Excel templates for local Research teams.
• Review local team submissions and query the data.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Python for data validation.
• Participate in ad hoc data management projects.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills required.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries.

Requirements

• Graduation with equivalent work experience in data research/analytics.
• Minimum 2-3 years managing large datasets.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with real estate data is a plus.
