Assistant Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Project Manager will support the project manager in various tasks related to project documentation, vendor procurement, and construction supervision, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Assist in preparation of contract documents and project progress reports.
• Support vendor procurement processes.
• Review and interact with drawings from LDI.
• Inspect construction progress and supervise on-site activities.
• Ensure compliance with blueprints and project specifications.
• Build relationships with government and related companies for permits.
• Assist in technical handover and defect tracking.
• Maintain the online Project App System.
• Monitor safety and ethics on-site.
• Contribute to APM education discipline.

Requirements

• A degree in Property, Project, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• 2 years or more experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and MS Project.
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong coordination and management skills.
• Ability to work diligently and carefully.
• Outgoing personality.
