APAC Quality Lead - Remote

Overview

The APAC Quality Lead at JLL will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance in Life Sciences facilities, leading a team, and managing client relationships to promote confidence in quality standards.

In Short

• Build relationships with Life Sciences client stakeholders.
• Provide management and leadership for quality and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with other accounts to share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with client’s quality management systems.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and prepare training materials.
• Manage key performance measurements and site status reports.
• Lead and develop the Life Sciences Quality team.
• Drive accountability for quality events and investigations.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Facilitate investigations via Root Cause Analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Quality and Compliance.
• Experience in GxP manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Six-Sigma and Root Cause Analysis training essential.
• Strong compliance and client-focus mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various personnel.
• Solid understanding of cGMPs related to facilities maintenance.
• Experience in FDA regulated environments.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with process utilities and GxP environments.
